Parklands Baptist Community Church

Build

Renovation

Location

Parklands, Christchurch

Year

2020

Trademark Construction enjoyed transforming the Parklands Baptist Community Church. The present church building, a retired supermarket, was damaged by earthquakes and aftershocks in 2011. It needed to be repaired to meet new building codes.

Trademark's works included:

  • slab replacement and relevelling

  • structural steel strengthening

  • mechanical works

  • installing fire sprinklers and services

  • replacing all joinery

  • electrical

  • drainage and plumbing

  • reconfiguring and fitting out the inside of the building.

We thank all our subcontractors for getting this over the line on time – despite the Covid-19 shutdown we delivered on time. We also thank our clients (Chris Caselton, Frank Watson, Bruce Rattray) who helped deliver this project that will serve the community for years to come.
