Trademark Construction enjoyed transforming the Parklands Baptist Community Church. The present church building, a retired supermarket, was damaged by earthquakes and aftershocks in 2011. It needed to be repaired to meet new building codes.
Trademark's works included:
-
slab replacement and relevelling
-
structural steel strengthening
-
mechanical works
-
installing fire sprinklers and services
-
replacing all joinery
-
electrical
-
drainage and plumbing
-
reconfiguring and fitting out the inside of the building.
We thank all our subcontractors for getting this over the line on time – despite the Covid-19 shutdown we delivered on time. We also thank our clients (Chris Caselton, Frank Watson, Bruce Rattray) who helped deliver this project that will serve the community for years to come.
