EPUNI STAGE 3

The Trademark team has recently successfully completed this large-scale social housing development for Kāinga Ora. The $45 million project consists of five four-bedroom houses, four duplexes, 93 apartments across eight separate blocks, and a community centre. The redevelopment, located next to Epuni train station in Lower Hutt, addresses the region’s growing demand for social housing, offering safe, modern living spaces while revitalising the heart of the suburb to accommodate the area’s expanding population.

Initially engaged in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) capacity, Trademark played a key role in the design phase, offering valuable input and budget estimates as plans evolved. Following this successful collaboration, we were appointed as the main contractor through a negotiated process. Our commitment to open communication and honest assessments, coupled with our focus on building strong relationships, has been key to our success on this project.
