The Trademark team are currently closing out this large-scale social housing development for Kāinga Ora. The $45 million project consists of five four-bedroom houses, four duplexes, 93 apartments across eight separate blocks, and a community centre. The redevelopment, located next to Epuni train station in Lower Hutt, addresses the region’s growing demand for social housing, offering safe, modern living spaces while revitalising the heart of the suburb to accommodate the area’s expanding population.
Through a strong partnership with Kāinga Ora and its consultants, Trademark was selected as the main contractor for this significant project. From the outset, we provided valuable input during the design phase and offered budget estimates as plans evolved. Our commitment to open communication and honest assessments, coupled with our focus on building strong relationships, has been key to our success on this project.
