PARKLANDS BAPTIST

Trademark Construction was proud to transform the Parklands Baptist Community Church. The existing building, a former supermarket, sustained damage during the 2011 earthquakes and aftershocks, requiring significant repairs to meet modern building codes.

Our scope of work included:

  • Slab replacement and re-levelling

  • Structural steel strengthening

  • Mechanical installations

  • Installing fire sprinklers and services

  • Replacing all joinery

  • Electrical upgrades

  • Drainage and plumbing work

  • Complete reconfiguration and interior fit-out of the building

We extend our gratitude to our subcontractors for their dedication, ensuring we delivered the project on time, even in the face of the Covid-19 shutdown. Special thanks to our clients, Chris Caselton, Frank Watson, and Bruce Rattray, for their collaboration in completing this project, which will serve the community for many years to come.
