WILLIS STREET

This project on Willis Street in Te Aro involved constructing a multi-level building featuring five residential units and one commercial unit, with a total floor area of approximately 650m², including a rooftop garden.

Situated at one of Wellington’s busiest intersections, the site presented unique challenges, with the access point on Willis Street being only 6.7 metres wide.

The ground floor vertical structures were built using a combination of traditional block walls and the innovative Rediwall system.
