This project in Willis Street, Te Aro, involved the construction of a multi-level building comprising five residential units and one commercial unit. The total floor area is about 650m2, which includes a roof garden.

The site is located on one of the busiest intersections in Wellington and the width of the Willis Street access point is just 6.7 metres.

The vertical works for the ground floor used a traditional block wall as well as the Rediwall system.
