Woodward Street, one of Wellington’s oldest streets, presented unique challenges, from navigating a complex web of infrastructure services to managing high pedestrian traffic. With limited space in this densely built area, the project required meticulous planning to keep every detail within the site’s tight confines.

The clients are thrilled with the result—a two-level building with the option to add a mezzanine in the future.
