Trademark has completed the construction of this Kāinga Ora residential housing project in Naenae, Lower Hutt. 37 residential units have been built, varying in size and layout. Built to Trademark's high standards, the new homes are modern, attractive, easy to maintain, and filled with light.

Trademark also managed the installation of associated infrastructure such as roads, stormwater, potable water, and wastewater networks.
